Be Prepared – Spring Freshet Flood Preparation

Water levels in the creeks that flow through the Village of Lumby municipal boundaries are rising. It is the responsibilty of each property owner to protect their own property.

To assist the residents of the Village, the Village of Lumby has placed sand and sand bags out (they are not prefilled) at the following locations:

  • Parking Lot at the Curling Rink
  • Entrance to the Salmon Trail on Faulkner

The Village of Lumby continues to monitor creek water levels daily.
