Annual Report

Sections 98 and 99 of the Community Charter require that an Annual Report be prepared, made available to the public and a specified meeting be held for Council to receive questions and comments prior to June 30 of each year. The Annual Report includes the 2024 Audited Financial Statements and Permissive Property Tax Exemptions for 2024. Category 3 Open Fire Prohibition planned for the Kamloops Fire Centre

Category 3 Open Fire Prohibition planned for the Kamloops Fire Centre KAMLOOPS – Effective at 12:00 (PDT) noon, on May 16 2025, Category 3 open fire will be prohibited throughout the Kamloops Fire Centre to help prevent human-caused wildfires and protect public safety. This open fire prohibition will remain in effect until 12:00 (PDT) noon on October 17, 2025 or until the orders are rescinded. Anyone conducting Category 3 open fires within the Kamloops Fire Centre’s jurisdiction must extinguish those fires by the 12:00 noon May 16 deadline.   A map of the affected area is available HERE…
