MEETING OF COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Village of Lumby Council Procedure Bylaw No. 731, 2013 section 8 Notice of Special Meetings Notice is hereby given that a Special Closed Meeting of Council has been set for June 27^th 8:00 am and will be held at the Village of Lumby Council Chambers in the Municipal Office located at 1775 Glencaird Street, Lumby, BC.

This meeting will be closed to the public, pursuant to Section 90 (1) (e) of the Community Charter for Council to deal with matters relating to the following:

• the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.
