Pursuant to section 90 (1) (n) of the Community Charter Council, given the possibility of disposing of an interest in land (selling or leasing) Council considers if these discussions in an open meeting would be harmful to the interests of the municipality.

If Council feels it appropriate to go into a closed meeting, this meeting will be closed to the public, pursuant to Section 90 (1) (e) of the Community Charter for Council to deal with matters relating to the following:

• the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.
