MEETING OF COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Village of Lumby Council Procedure Bylaw No. 731, 2013 section 8 Notice of Special Meetings Notice is hereby given that a Special Closed Meeting of Council has been set for February 9^th 5:05 pm and will be held at the Village of Lumby Council Chambers in the Municipal Office located at 1775 Glencaird Street, Lumby, BC.

This meeting is being held This meeting will be closed to the public, pursuant to Section 90 (1) (c) (g) and (l) of the Community Charter for Council to deal with matters relating to the following:

• labour relations or other employee relations;
• litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality; and
• discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].
