Pursuant to the Village of Lumby Council Procedure Bylaw No. 731, 2013 section 8 Notice of Special Meetings Notice is hereby given that a Special Closed Meeting of Council has been set for January 24^th 8:00 am and will be held at the Village of Lumby Council Chambers in the Municipal Office located at 1775 Glencaird Street, Lumby, BC.

This meeting will be closed to the public, pursuant to Section 90 (1) (k) of the Community Charter for Council to deal with matters relating to the following:

• negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.
