A PUBLIC HEARING is being held pursuant to Section 464 of the Local Government Act in order to receive verbal and written submission from persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 860, 2021:
- For the property legally described as Lot 43, DL 183, ODYD, Plan 7585 and located at 2278 Glencaird Street, Bylaw No. 860 proposes to change the zoning on Schedule ‘A’ of the Village of Lumby Zoning Bylaw No. 750, 2012 from the Residential Single Family (R.1) zone to the Residential Two Family (R.2). If successful in rezoning the property, the applicant proposes to facilitate construction of an addition which would convert the existing single family dwelling into a two family dwelling (duplex). The applicant then intends to subdivide the property along the common party wall.
All persons who believe that their interest in property is affected by Bylaw No. 860, 2021 will be given an opportunity to be heard at this Public Hearing.
