Pursuant to the Village of Lumby Council Procedure Bylaw No. 731, 2013 section 8 Notice of Special Meetings Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council has been set for Monday January 12^th 5:00 pm and will be held at the Village of Lumby Council Chambers in the Municipal Office located at 1775 Glencaird Street, Lumby, BC.

This meeting will be closed to the public, pursuant to Section 90 (1) (g) (k) and (l) of the Community Charter for Council to deal with matters relating to the following:

• litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality;
• negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public; and
• discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].
