Council has approved a design concept for 1910 Faulkner Avenue which includes the following amenities:
- Bike Park, Pump Track & Skill Track
- Bike Park expansion (future)
- Pond & fountain
- Dog Park (off leash)
- Dog Agility Park (future)
- Salmon Trail expansion
- Pole Barn Multi-use Area (future)
- Agriculture Options within the ALR portion (future)
- Future wetlands development along the riparian and flood prone areas of the lands located at the south eastern portion of the property
Currently active farming is taking place on the majority of the property. The Village currently has a lease with a local farmer.
Council has also approved a design concept for the Pond and Bike Park portion of 1910 Faulkner Avenue.
