There are two local art groups that encompass styles from pottery to photography. Lumby is also home to a very active theatre group.
Twenty minutes away in Vernon you can visit the Vernon Art Gallery or enjoy a production at the Powerhouse Theatre or the Vernon Performing Arts Centre.
Lumby & District Historical Society
Covering the Lumby, Cherryville, and Mabel Lake regions, the Lumby & District Historical Society is dedicated to the preservation of local historical artifacts and the documentation of local history through archives. The Lumby Museum also includes a large outdoor display building for large agricultural and forestry machinery.
